Hi.

I'm Stacey, a UX and product design leader with 13+ years across digital product design, brand systems, and experience strategy. I build and scale design teams, design systems, and research practices—and the cross-functional operating models that let complex SaaS products actually ship well. I'm known for translating ambiguous technical workflows into experiences that feel obvious in hindsight, and for partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and executive stakeholders to connect design quality to adoption, revenue, and organizational maturity.

I'm also a trained architect, and that background shapes how I design: an instinct for how people move through and experience a space—physical or digital—and a belief that good craft is felt as much as seen. That spatial sensibility carries into my systems thinking, and my eye for sophisticated simplicity and playful composition. Outside of work, you'll find me chasing adventures with my family or exploring Raleigh on foot in search of good art and the nearest splash pad.
